By accessing our site or booking a class, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the services.
2. Services
We provide clay classes, workshops, and related studio resources. Availability is limited by safety and capacity.
3. Booking and payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after we send a confirmation email.
- Prices are shown in USD and may change before booking is confirmed.
- Some classes include materials; see the catalog description for details.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the class start date. Within 7 days, we may offer studio credit at our discretion. Missed sessions are not refundable.
5. Conduct and safety
You agree to follow instructor guidance and studio policies. We may refuse participation if safety is at risk or policies are violated.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, course materials, and brand elements are our intellectual property. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; other uses require written permission.
7. Disclaimers
We make reasonable efforts to keep schedules accurate but do not guarantee error-free content. Pottery involves kiln variability; outcomes may differ.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Privacy
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
