- Do I need prior experience to join?
- No. Many of our classes are Beginner or All Levels, and instructors pace content to the group.
- What should I wear?
- Clothes that can get a bit muddy and closed-toe shoes. We provide aprons and towels.
- Are materials included?
- Yes for most courses: clay, tools, and firings are included unless noted in the catalog item.
- How do kiln firings work?
- We bisque weekly and glaze every two weeks. You’ll label your work and we’ll notify when pickup is ready.
- What’s your cancellation policy?
- Full refund 7 days before the start date. Within 7 days, we offer studio credit where possible. See Terms for details.
- Is the studio accessible?
- Yes. Our workspace is step-free with accessible restrooms. Let us know any accommodations in advance.
- Can I bring my own clay?
- We prefer our house bodies for firing consistency. If you bring your own, we’ll confirm cone and safety before firing.
- Do you offer private events?
- Yes, we host private workshops for teams and celebrations. Contact us for scheduling.
- How do Fallows (favorites) work?
- Click “Add to Fallows” in the catalog to save items. Your list syncs to this browser using local storage.
- What is the average class size?
- Our classes usually have between 8 and 14 students, allowing plenty of individual attention from instructors.
