Do I need prior experience to join?: No. Many of our classes are Beginner or All Levels, and instructors pace content to the group.
What should I wear?: Clothes that can get a bit muddy and closed-toe shoes. We provide aprons and towels.
Are materials included?: Yes for most courses: clay, tools, and firings are included unless noted in the catalog item.
How do kiln firings work?: We bisque weekly and glaze every two weeks. You’ll label your work and we’ll notify when pickup is ready.
What’s your cancellation policy?: Full refund 7 days before the start date. Within 7 days, we offer studio credit where possible. See Terms for details.
Is the studio accessible?: Yes. Our workspace is step-free with accessible restrooms. Let us know any accommodations in advance.
Can I bring my own clay?: We prefer our house bodies for firing consistency. If you bring your own, we’ll confirm cone and safety before firing.
Do you offer private events?: Yes, we host private workshops for teams and celebrations. Contact us for scheduling.
How do Fallows (favorites) work?: Click “Add to Fallows” in the catalog to save items. Your list syncs to this browser using local storage.
What is the average class size?: Our classes usually have between 8 and 14 students, allowing plenty of individual attention from instructors.
